Tips before you start using your Epil-Touch:

Before you use your Epil-Touch clean your skin thoroughly with your daily soap and water. However, do not apply oily lotions or moisturizing creams on the skin that will be treated. Oil coats the hair and makes it more difficult for the discs to grasp the hair.

Before using your Epil-Touch for the first time, familiarize yourself with it by trying it out on the back of your hand. Depending on your skin type, you may experience some irritation. A slight reddening of the skin or slight pain when you first use the product. This is a normal reaction when hairs are removed at the root. The feeling is similar to plucking using ordinary tweezers. It is advisable to remove hair in the evening, so if any redness appears it will disappear over night. The sensation of pain you might experience initially will diminish with repeated use and you will learn how efficient and simple it is to remove hair with Epil-Touch.

To obtain the best results and reduce the sensation of pain, the appliance has a switch to select the direction of rotation of the tweezer discs. It is important for all of the hairs to be removed at the root level to ensure long lasting hair removal.
